1There is something I want you to know. Great advice! Is there anyone who has any secrets for happiness? Is there any Joda who has truly the key to earthly or heavenly bliss?
The oldest-women-2
Website Inc.com presents you Emma Morano in Italy; she is officially the oldest person in the world, according to Guinness World Records. It has a 116 and half years. And it seems to be quite happy.
Her secret? For the “New York Times” last year, said that eating a few raw eggs a day (?!). It also attaches a joyful longevity that has not had a husband, when he finished his not-so-cheerful marriage back in 1938.
“I did not want to be enslaved by dominating anyone,” she said.
Is not that the thing that is the most frustrating, both at work and in life? Is not the idea to act according to one’s wishes, orders and whims, one of the hardest things for our psyche?
We remain in a relationship dominated, if not directly by another person, but their moods and expectations. We remain in jobs where they are above us chiefs who assure us that we are inferior as long as we do not do as we say. Maybe over us dominate the cultural norms and practices, expectations of behavior and social needs. We do not even realize that we play a role.
Therefore, listen to the oldest person in the world. Do not let you live by other people’s rules.
