A usual soup cleanse lasts for 3 days, and the treatments start with the first phase, per day, in the beginning, and ends with 3 phases daily per month. It is recommended that the soups you consume be vegetable or bone broths because they will provide your body with enough fiber as well as other essential nutrients. Drinking plenty of water while performing this soup detoxification method is also important, because this way, it is going to be easier for your body to stay energetic and flexible.

Broccoli Detox Soup
Ingredients you will need:

1 cup of Kale
1 Onion
3 Celery stalks
2 ½ cups of Broccoli florets
2 cups of Bone/Vegetable broth
Juice from ½ lemon
A pinch of sea salt
2 tbsp. of Coconut oil
2 tbsp. of Collagen
Instructions:

Start off by warming up the coconut oil, before adding the celery, onion and broccoli and cooking them all together for 5 minutes. After that, add the broth and simmer the soup on low heat for 5 minutes, before blending it to make it thick.

Ginger and Carrot Detox Soup
Ingredients you will need:

2 Onions
2 Carrots
3 Garlic cloves
2 tbsp. of Coconut oil
2 tbsp. of Plant protein
1 cup of Coconut milk
3 tbsp. of fresh grated Ginger
Instructions:

Start off by cooking the carrots, ginger, garlic and broth in a pan, then let the mixture simmer on low heat. Next, sauté the onions and add the coconut oil or ghee, before mixing it with the previous mixture and adding salt and coconut oil. Stir it all well together and your soup is ready!

Red Lentil Detox Soup
Ingredients you will need:

1 small Onion
1 Apple
½ a cup of red Lentils
2 Potatoes (sweet)
2 Carrots
½ a tsp. of Cumin
½ a tsp. of Paprika
¼ a cup of Coconut oil/Ghee
Salt, Pepper and Coconut Cream to taste
1-inch piece of Ginger
Instructions:

Begin by warming up the oil on medium heat, before adding the apples, onion, sweet potatoes and carrots. Once done, cook everything until the ingredients soften, and as soon as they do, add the lentils, cumin, ginger and paprika, and boil the mixture for 30 minutes.

After that, blend the soup until it becomes thick, and then let it simmer again so the water can evaporate. Finally, season your soup and it is good to go.
